Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a talented Underwriter Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Underwriting team in assessing and evaluating risks associated with insuring IT projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Underwriters in reviewing and analyzing insurance applications
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to assess risk factors
- Prepare reports and documentation for Underwriters to make informed decisions
- Communicate with clients and brokers to obtain necessary information
- Assist with policy issuance and endorsements
- Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry (3-5 years)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of underwriting principles and practices
