We are seeking a talented and experienced Voice Coach to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The Voice Coach will be responsible for providing vocal training and guidance to our employees to help them improve their communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized vocal training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess and improve voice projection, tone, clarity, and overall vocal performance
- Provide feedback and guidance on speech patterns, pronunciation, and accent reduction
- Assist employees in developing effective communication and presentation skills for client meetings, presentations, and public speaking engagements
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and assess the impact of training programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vocal coaching and communication skills training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Theater, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Voice Coach or Speech Pathologist
- Strong understanding of vocal techniques, speech therapy, and communication skills development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Certification in vocal coaching or related field is a plus
