We are seeking a talented and experienced Voice Coach to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Voice Coach will be responsible for providing guidance and training to our employees to help them improve their vocal skills, communication, and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting voice training sessions for employees in the transportation and logistics sector
- Assessing individual vocal abilities and providing personalized coaching to enhance communication skills
- Developing and implementing training programs to improve voice projection, tone, and clarity
- Providing feedback and constructive criticism to help employees improve their vocal performance
- Collaborating with other training and development professionals to create comprehensive learning programs
- Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of voice coaching sessions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Theater, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in voice coaching or a related role
- Strong knowledge of vocal techniques and communication principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Certification in voice coaching or related field is a plus
