We are seeking a talented and experienced Voice Coach to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Voice Coach in the energy industry, you will be responsible for providing coaching and training to employees to help them improve their vocal delivery, communication skills, and overall presence in various professional settings.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized voice coaching programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help individuals improve their vocal projection, tone, articulation, and overall communication skills
- Lead group workshops and training sessions on effective communication techniques, presentation skills, and public speaking
- Provide feedback and guidance to help individuals overcome speech impediments, accents, or other vocal challenges
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify training needs and create tailored development plans for employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in voice coaching and communication training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Theater, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Voice Coach or Communication Trainer
- Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, speech therapy, and communication theory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of successfully coaching individuals to improve their communication and presentation skills
- Certification in voice coaching or related field is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus
