We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wine Maker Assistant in the healthcare industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for winemaking and a strong understanding of the healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Wine Maker in all aspects of the winemaking process, from grape selection to fermentation to bottling
- Maintain and clean winemaking equipment and facilities according to healthcare standards
- Monitor and record fermentation progress and perform quality control checks throughout the winemaking process
- Assist in developing and implementing new winemaking techniques and processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and managing supplies to ensure smooth production process
- Participate in wine tasting sessions and provide feedback on wine quality and characteristics
- Support the marketing and promotion of our wines through events and tastings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Enology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in winemaking or related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of grape varieties and winemaking techniques
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
