We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wine Maker Assistant. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will involve assisting in the production and creation of high-quality wines.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head wine maker in all aspects of wine production, including grape selection, fermentation, blending, and bottling
- Operate and maintain winemaking equipment and machinery
- Monitor and maintain wine quality throughout the production process
- Conduct routine analysis and testing of wine samples
- Assist in cellar management and inventory control
- Help with vineyard operations, including pruning, harvesting, and pest management
- Collaborate with the winemaking team to develop new wine blends and styles
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in winemaking
- Strong knowledge of winemaking processes and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
