We are a renowned winery based in Dubai, specializing in producing high-quality wines. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Wine Maker Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field and gain valuable hands-on experience in the art of winemaking.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the head wine maker in all aspects of the winemaking process, from grape selection to bottling
- Monitor and maintain fermentation processes
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all wines meet our high standards
- Assist in the development of new wine blends and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the winery
- Assist with grape harvesting and crushing during the harvest season
- Participate in wine tastings and provide feedback on wine profiles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Viticulture, Food Science, or a related field
- Strong passion for wine and winemaking
- Previous experience working in a winery or vineyard is preferred
- Knowledge of fermentation processes and wine production techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
