We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoning Operations Manager to join our construction team in Al Ain. The Zoning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all zoning operations within the construction projects, ensuring compliance with local zoning regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement zoning strategies and plans for construction projects in Al Ain.
- Coordinate with local government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all zoning regulations and requirements throughout the construction process.
- Conduct zoning research and analysis to identify potential zoning issues and propose solutions.
- Manage a team of zoning specialists and coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of zoning requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to incorporate zoning requirements into project design and development.
- Monitor and track zoning deadlines and requirements to prevent delays in construction projects.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on zoning issues and requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in zoning operations in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local zoning regulations and requirements in Al Ain.
- Proven experience in obtaining zoning permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
