We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Account Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's accounts in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize account operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or operations, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
