Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Account Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the account management process, ensuring that customer needs are met and that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a background in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of success in account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Analyze account performance and develop strategies to drive growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor and report on key metrics, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction levels
- Lead a team of account managers and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- [X] years of experience in account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
