We are seeking an experienced Account Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position will be based in the agriculture industry and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts in the agriculture sector
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability within existing accounts
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Mentor and coach junior staff members within the account operations team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
