We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of account operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure that service level agreements are met
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Prepare and present reports on account performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with logistics software
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and industry best practices
