We are seeking an experienced Activities Director to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a creative mindset to develop and execute engaging activities for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes team building, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and schedule activities that align with company goals and objectives.
- Organize and oversee company events, workshops, and team-building exercises.
- Manage the activities budget and ensure all events are cost-effective and within budget.
- Evaluate the success of activities and gather feedback to continuously improve the program.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing and coordinating activities in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of technology trends and a passion for innovation.
