We are seeking a highly organized and creative Activities Director to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. As the Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of recreational and educational activities for our agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program for residents, employees, and visitors that promotes engagement and well-being within the agricultural community.
- Coordinate and schedule a variety of events and activities, including workshops, classes, social gatherings, and recreational outings.
- Collaborate with community members, local businesses, and organizations to plan and execute special events and activities.
- Manage a budget for the activities program, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and guest speakers.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of volunteers to assist with activities and events.
- Evaluate the success of each activity and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure that all activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the agriculture industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Knowledge of local resources and vendors for planning activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
