We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activities Director to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The Activities Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of activities and events for our pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Coordinate and schedule various activities, such as team-building exercises, training sessions, and social events
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure that activities are relevant and engaging for employees
- Manage the budget for activities and events, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget
- Monitor and evaluate the success of activities and events and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of activities
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to activities and events

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
