We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the office, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and liaising with vendors as needed
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails
- Managing office budgets and expenses
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
