We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Information Technology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the IT department
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of IT industry terminology and processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
