We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondence
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic HR processes is a plus
