We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Al Ain. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of all assets within the organization, including equipment, facilities, and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and utilization of company assets
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including maintenance schedules, depreciation, and disposal
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify asset needs and make recommendations for procurement or disposal
- Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance of assets
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to company assets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
