We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our retail assets in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the value and performance of our retail properties through effective strategic planning and efficient operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the value and performance of retail assets
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants to ensure optimal occupancy rates and rental income
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to make informed decisions on asset management strategies
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to track asset performance
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to drive tenant satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and market conditions to proactively address challenges and opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in asset management, property management, or related field in the retail industry
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail assets and driving financial performance
