We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Al Ain. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of the company's assets in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value of the company's assets
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of assets to ensure they are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Coordinate with various departments to track asset usage and performance
- Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for asset procurement and maintenance
- Analyze data and trends to forecast asset needs and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and implement asset disposal strategies in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management software
