We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and processes
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and issues as they arise
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key performance indicators
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of projects and identify areas for further improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
