Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving data-informed decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to real estate market trends, property performance, and customer demographics. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and evaluate potential risks. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and operations to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on project goals.

- Business Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the organization. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects. Develop project documentation including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Financial Analysis: Support financial modeling and analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

- Technology Utilization: Leverage business intelligence tools and software to automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of technology solutions that support business needs.

- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and expectations. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance client relationships and drive project success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate sector or a related industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, regulations, and economic trends is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
