We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Buyer to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing medical supplies and equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase medical supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with the organization's procurement policies and procedures
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible value for the organization
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate supply levels
- Research and identify new suppliers and products to meet the organization's needs
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare procurement
- Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing activities and expenditures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
