We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance in a professional and efficient manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide additional information
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints in a timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rate

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Call Center Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi consumer market trends
