We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Aerospace and Defense products and services. As the Category Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability within the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Aerospace and Defense category
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector, including new customers and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense products and services is a plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
