We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Category Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Healthcare sector. The Category Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the healthcare category by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the healthcare category.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, market trends, and opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
