We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Customer Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Customer Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing all customer operations within the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of customer operations professionals to ensure the highest level of service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize customer-facing operations
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure and track customer satisfaction levels
- Implement best practices and industry standards to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer operations within the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing customer operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
