We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Customer Operations Officer to join our growing agriculture company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all customer operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track customer satisfaction and operational performance
- Implement best practices and standards for customer service operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and drive revenue

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Proven track record of implementing successful customer service strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
