Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Customer Operations Officer (CCOO) to lead our customer operations in the Consumer Goods sector. Based in Dubai, this executive role requires a visionary leader with a robust background in customer experience, operational excellence, and team management. The CCOO will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing operational processes, and driving overall business growth through customer-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer operations strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Lead the customer operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

3. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless interaction across all touchpoints.
- Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

4. Performance Measurement:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decisions and measure the success of customer operations initiatives.

5. Team Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer operations team capable of meeting and exceeding organizational objectives.
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, promoting the importance of exceptional customer service.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with other executives to align customer operations with overall business strategies.
- Work closely with the IT department to leverage technology in enhancing customer interactions and operational efficiencies.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, or a related field within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven track record of leading and transforming customer operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and operational tools.
