Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Customer Operations Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all customer operations within our financial services organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer operations strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of customer operations professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer-centric initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in customer operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all customer operations activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer operations within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
