We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Advocate Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Child Advocate Assistant in the financial services sector, you will be responsible for supporting the Child Advocate in providing advocacy and support for children who are victims of financial abuse or exploitation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Child Advocate in conducting assessments and interviews with children to determine their needs and develop appropriate support plans.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including social workers, legal professionals, and financial institutions, to ensure the best interests of the child are represented.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children throughout the advocacy process.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of support plans and making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions and interventions with children and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience working with children in a social services or advocacy role.
- Knowledge of child protection laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
