We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Advocate Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Child Advocate Assistant will be responsible for providing support and assistance to child advocates in advocating for the rights and well-being of children involved in the aerospace and defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist child advocates in conducting assessments and interviews with children to determine their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with child advocates in developing and implementing advocacy plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Act as a liaison between children, their families, and relevant authorities to address issues related to child protection and advocacy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children who have experienced trauma or abuse.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in child advocacy or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Knowledge of child protection laws and regulations in the UAE is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
