We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Worker to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families in need, as well as a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interviews with children and families to determine their needs and provide appropriate support and interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children in need of protection or support.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to ensure the well-being of children under your care.
- Provide counseling and support services to children and families facing challenges, such as abuse, neglect, or behavioral issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children in care, and make adjustments to their care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions with children and families.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience working with children and families in a social services or child welfare setting.
- Knowledge of child protection laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
