We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Welfare Worker to join our team in Al Ain. The Child Welfare Worker will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children involved in transportation and logistics operations. This position requires a strong understanding of child welfare laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of children’s needs and risks in transportation and logistics settings
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for children in need of assistance
- Collaborating with families, social services agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of children in care and making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Providing crisis intervention and support to children and families in times of need
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions with children and families
- Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and other meetings related to child welfare cases
- Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in care

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience working in child welfare or a related field
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations in Al Ain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
