We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Welfare Worker to join our team in Al Ain, within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families, as well as a strong understanding of child welfare laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Coordinate with other agencies and service providers to ensure the well-being of children in care
- Monitor the progress of children and families in care and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
- Provide counseling and support to children and families in crisis
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with child welfare laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions with children and families
- Advocate for the rights and best interests of children in care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience working with children and families in a social services setting
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
