We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Welfare Worker to join our team in Al Ain. The Child Welfare Worker will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children living in our real estate properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting home visits to assess the living conditions of children and their families
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans for each child
- Providing counseling and support services to children and their families
- Collaborating with other social service agencies to coordinate resources and support for families in need
- Monitoring the progress of children in our care and making recommendations for additional services or interventions as needed
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions and interventions with children and families
- Participating in case conferences and meetings with other professionals to discuss and plan for the needs of children in our care
- Providing crisis intervention and support to children and families in times of need

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience working in child welfare or a related field
- Knowledge of child development and family dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid UAE driver's license
