We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Dubai. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our construction operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements in the construction industry and be able to effectively communicate and implement compliance measures throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations in Dubai.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact construction operations and ensure that necessary adjustments are made.
- Investigate and respond to any compliance violations or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Prepare reports for senior management on compliance activities and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- [X] years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and compliance requirements in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.
