Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects in the education sector in Dubai. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budget estimates, and progress reports
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues or delays
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks or challenges
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and legal requirements
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in the education sector
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license
