We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management within the real estate industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
