We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Creative Director in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative team to develop innovative and impactful design solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing and executing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and product design in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of projects
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to inspire and motivate them to produce their best work
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative work remains cutting-edge and competitive
- Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content, to support marketing and branding initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design solutions
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
