We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Credit Counselor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients on matters related to credit and debt management.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and provide personalized advice on credit and debt management
- Develop and implement financial plans to help clients improve their credit score and reduce debt
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to lower interest rates and monthly payments
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their financial plan as needed
- Educate clients on financial literacy and best practices for managing credit and debt
- Keep up to date on industry trends and regulations related to credit counseling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified Credit Counselor designation is a plus
