We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key pharmaceutical clients in the Al Ain area
- Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to ensure they are met
- Provide product information and support to clients
- Manage client accounts and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand our client base
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
