Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their real estate journey.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on property listings, transactions, and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Customer Support: Proactively identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and to enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial contact to property acquisition or leasing.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations in the UAE, particularly in Al Ain.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
