We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations within the IT industry, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all customer service channels.
- Lead the development and implementation of customer service technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service operations, incorporating new insights into existing strategies.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of customer service initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service operations within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer service programs and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in customer service operations.
