We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will be based in the Real Estate sector and will be responsible for managing and improving the overall customer service operations program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer service operations
- Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure they are meeting performance targets
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement training programs for customer service staff
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service operations
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in the Real Estate sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer service operations programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
