We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and programs to improve the overall customer experience
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Conduct regular training and development programs for the customer service team
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing successful customer service programs
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
