Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Daycare Director to oversee our daycare facility located in Dubai. The Daycare Director will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the daycare center, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for children in our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the daycare center
- Hire, train, and supervise daycare staff, including teachers, assistants, and support staff
- Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, including monitoring and enforcing health and safety guidelines
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or issues
- Manage the daycare center budget, including tracking expenses and revenue, and ensuring financial sustainability
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and specialists to address the specific needs of children with medical conditions or disabilities
- Stay current on best practices and trends in early childhood education and healthcare to continuously improve the quality of care provided

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a daycare or childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines related to childcare facilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
