We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Daycare Director to oversee our daycare facility within a retail setting in Dubai. The Daycare Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of the daycare operation, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care, and maintaining a high quality educational program.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare facility
- Hire, train, and supervise daycare staff, including teachers, assistants, and administrative personnel
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for children
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Manage the daycare budget and oversee all financial aspects of the operation
- Collaborate with retail management to ensure seamless integration of the daycare facility within the retail setting
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise within the daycare facility in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a daycare or childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
