We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Daycare Director to oversee our Information Technology-focused daycare center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong background in IT.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum that integrates technology into early childhood education
- Manage a team of educators and support staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the daycare center, including scheduling, budgeting, and parent communication
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community partners to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Stay current on trends in early childhood education and technology to ensure the center remains innovative and competitive
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements for daycare centers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Information Technology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a leadership role in a daycare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
